John Kemp

Age 30; servant to Hen. Parker 4 years. embarked 19 Nov. 1737; arrived in the Georgia Colony 14 Jan. 1737-8. Hired & carried over at Capt. Thompson the owners risk, but the Planters not being able to pay such, Mr. Causton took them and certified the same which threw that expence upon the Trust.

Age 30; Servant for 4 years to Hen. Parker. Her case was the same as her husbands.

Christr. Kensler

Age 43; farmer; Palatin; embarked July 1738; arrived in the Georgia Colony 7 Oct. 1738. Kensler & his family carried over by Capt. Thompson at his own risk to dispose of to the Inhabitants, but they having no money to pay their passage, Col. Oglethorpe took & paid for them at the Trustees charge, and they gave bond to repay it: But the Trustees disapproved the taking them. Settled at Village Bluff on St. Simons.

John Kreamp

Age 35; fisherman & Palatin Tr. servant; embarked July 1738; arrived in the Georgia Colony 7 Oct. 1738. Kreamp & his family delivered to Mr. Tho. Christie Recorder. Capt Thompson carried them at his own risk, but Col. Oglethorpe charged the Trust with them which they disapproved.

They were delivered to Mr. Tho. Christie the Recorder but he returned them to the Trustees hands: about Michs. 1739 he petitioned Col Oglethorpe to buy out his time, and maintain his family by his own labour, which was granted: he makes canoes, nets, etc. and in 1741 paid to the Trust 17.0.0 for passage of himself and his family, being 3 heads and half. Bought his & family's freedom Michs. 1739.
