Embarked 6 Nov. 1732; arrived in the Georgia Colony 1 Feb. 1732-3. On the 1st ship load of Georgia colonists, The Charity.

Lot 15 in Savannah.

Fined thrice for retayling spiritous liquours without lycense. And twice for assault and defamation.

His lot swamp overflowed.

He went over 2nd Tything man of Savannah.

Run away to Carolina Aug. 1742.


Elizabeth

On the 1st ship load of Georgia colonists, The Charity.

Age 46.

Found guilty of the same things as her husband, and also of keeping a bawdy house 26 May 1736. Went to Carolina for fear of the Spaniards.

Quitted Sept. 1740.

Surgeon.

Embarked 15 Jun. 1733; arrived in the Georgia Colony 29 Aug. 1733.

Settled at Tybee, and had possession of his lot 2 April 1734.

Dead 12 June 1735.

Coachmaker.

Embarked 14 Oct. 1735; arrived in the Georgia Colony Feb. 1735-6.

Lot 2N. in Frederica.

2nd Bailif of Frederica. Quitted his office and afterwards went to Charlestown May 1741.

Quitted 4 May 1741.

Shipwright.

Embarked 14 Dec. 1733; arrived in the Georgia Colony 12 Mar. 1733-4.

Lot 148 in Savannah.

Dead 1737.

Re-married to Geo. Garland.

She re-married again to John (should be Geo.) Garlant 3 Dec. 1738 and deserted the Colony with him 1738/9.

Returned. (No mentuion made of wether George returned with her.)

Dead 1740.

(I think the above is incorrect as I can find only Geo. Garlant listed on the records of the time.)

George Garlant

M. El. Peters (Married Eliz. Peters).

He married the widow Eliz. Peters 3 Dec. 1738 & quitted the Colony with her the same month.

Quitted 1738.

Allowed to work for herself March 1739. She promising to keep her son Christian.
