1870 Bulloch Co, GA Federal Census:
John and Louisianna (Ann) have children Norris (Forest) (5), Edmund(3), and Jane (1).
1880 Bulloch Co, GA Federal Census:
John(41) and Louisianna(31 and spelt Anna on this census)are farming with children Ferris A.(14, this is Forest on the 1900 census), Anna L.(10, this is Jane on the 1900 census), William(9), Bessie M.(8), Lizzie P.(7), Julia A.(6), Ida F.(4), and Hattie(1). Louisianna's mother Nancy (61) is also staying with them. Her husband has apparently died.
1900 Bulloch Co, GA Federal Census:
John(60) and Louisianna(51) are living with the children William J.(29 and still single), Ida(23), Dolly(20), John A.(18), Paul(14), Pinkey(12), Mary J.(10), Timalta?(8, son), Euletia(7). They have been married for 38 years and have had 17 children of whom 5 have died.
1910 Bulloch Co, GA Federal Census:
John and Louisianna live next to Forest A. Shuman and his wife Sarah who live next to Elder James H. Smith and his wife Sarah who live next to Willie Sherrod and his wife Mattie (My Great Grandmother on my mother's side) , daughter of Elder Smith and Sarah.
1920 Bulloch Co, GA Federal Census:
John(71) and Anna(61) have been married now for 46 years, have had 17 children of whom 10 are still living. Only daughter, Ula(16), is with them now. I show only sixteen children so one must have been born and died between census' and was thus missed. They are living beside son, John A. and his family.
