According to Virginia & North Carolina Genealogy Exchange, Isaac & Patience also had a daughter named Mary who married Benjamin Sherrod. However, Phillip Haines Sherrod, indicates that Mary was the daughter of Abaham Ricks and Anne Ross. I will go with Phillip till more compelling evidence comes to light.

Sarah McKinnie
Dates don't work for this relationship. Either Barnaby is not the father of this Sarah or his daughter Sarah married another individual. For this Sarah to have married Isaac Ricks, she would have been born bef 1686. Her perported father was born in 1675. Her father would thus have been , at most, only about 11 which makes no sense. Thus I am assuming that she was not the daughter of Col. Barnaby McKinnie.

Immigrated to Jamestown, Virginia and married Kathren about 1668.
In 1699, Isaac Reeks, was appointed “clerke of ye yearly meeting.” On June 8, 1702, Isaac Rickesis and several others bought an acre of land on the Western Branch of the Nansemond River for a Quaker meeting house. Isaac Rickesis donated 400 pounds of tobacco towards the construction of the meeting house. He and the Densons were said to be the guiding spirits of the Western Branch Meeting. Also during 1702, Isaac Rickesis was a representative to the first recorded session of the Virginia Yearly Meeting of the Quakers in Chuckatuck.
