Note: I have Rachael E. Caldwell's date of birth as 31 Oct 1807. On the 1850 Hamilton Co. TN census Rachael is listed as 50 yrs old. I believe this is closer to her true age, because, I believe she is the child of the first marriage.

Anna McMillin

Anna was the secretary of the department of streets ans sewers of the city of Chattanooga, TN. She served twenty-five years in the service of the board of public works in the department of streets and sewers.
