Benjamin Thompson
1820 Bryan Co, GA Federal Census:
3 White Males under 10
2 White Males 10-15
1 White Male 25-45 (Benjamin)
1 White Female under 10
1 White Female 18-25 (wife)
It seems highly probable that this is a son of William Thompson Sr. appearing on this same census and that the other William Thompson is brother to Benjamin. Or Benjamin might be a son to Solomon Thompson of this same census. Solomon & William Sr. might be brothers.

Betha
Analisis of the 1820 census data would indicate that this person may not be Benjamin's wife or she could be his second wife. Combined with the 1830 Bryan Co, GA Federal Census, we can place her birth as 1795/1802. The 1850 Bryan Co, GA Federal Census indicates Benjamins wife, Betha, is 66 which would place her birth as 1784 so it is possible the wife, Betha, listed on the 1850 census is not his first wife and possibly not his second either. She may be his third wife.
