Russell... I give to their 5 children: Golphin, Betsy Tuberfield, Frances, Polly and Tuberfield
Holmes Harvey, 60 acres off of afsd. survey adj. The aforementioned. 300 acres and bef. ment.
250 acres...together with 4 negroes... be equally div. bet. all their children now born or to be
born at death of sd. Betsy T. Harvey. Item: Son, John Harvey, residue of that survey of David
Russell on the side of Rocky Comfort together with the mill and tract of land I now live on, say 350
acres all together, his mother having use of said land during natural life... also to Son. John, 2
negroes, a little house called Triekum, cows, lot in town of Louisville to son Billy Blassingame
Harvey all tract over Rocky Comfort adjacent lands of Isaac Lochart and John Shellman'ss, 216 acres
and whatever remains on South side of Rocky Comfort, say 40 acres, 2 negroes and unimproved lot
in Louisville adjacent lot to his brother Thomas Harvey. Item: Property of every kind I give to daus.
