His death must have been between 5-27-1868 & 8-4-1868 when his will was probated.
His will is in Will Book 13A, pg. 153-154 and indicates daughter Letz Ann and her children and a grandson, John O. Futch.
Elizabeth Davis
The Georgians by J.H. Austin indicates Elizabeth was born in Virginia before 1800. However, the 1850 census indicates she was born in Georgia.
