John(63), now called Thomas, is living with third wife, Elizabeth(27) Harvey, whose brother, Zara, lives four houses away. Their mother is two houses away from Zara. Zara is married to Providence Shuman, daughter of one of John's brothers. John is 34 years older than Elizabeth and she only 19 when they married. John's son, John(26) is only a year younger that his current wife and is living with them. Also there are several children of John's and Elizabeth: Alfred(7), Emily(5), Cynthia(4), Clara M.(3), and Claudius(4 mo). They have a very large farm worth $3000 and net worth of $11,500. On the other side of their farm is that of A.J. Dugger, also a large, wealthy land owner.

It would appear from the large difference in age between Mary Ann & Henry that Abraham married Mary in the late 1840's. Though her age of 50 would seem to make it unlikely she would have given birth to Henry at age 48. But not impossible.
